Important: Unseen is a completely offline app. We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share ANY personal information or user data. No account creation, no sign-in, no tracking.

Our app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. It fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all children's privacy laws worldwide because we collect zero data from users of any age.

Our app is completely offline and privacy-focused. We do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any contact information
• User accounts or authentication data
• Physical addresses or phone numbers
• Payment information (the app is free with no in-app purchases)
• Browsing history, search history, or usage data

• Photos, videos, or camera access

All accessibility simulations run entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.

Unseen is designed to work completely offline:

• No Internet Required - The app functions fully without an internet connection
• No User Accounts - No sign-up, sign-in, or account creation of any kind
• No Backend Servers - We don't operate any servers that collect or store user data
• Local Processing Only - All simulations run entirely on your device

Data Storage

No data is stored on our servers because we don't have any servers collecting user data. Any app preferences or settings you adjust are stored locally on your device only and never leave your device.

4. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect any data, we don't use any data. Period.

The Unseen app provides educational accessibility simulations that run entirely on your device. Your experience with the app stays completely private.

We do NOT:

• Track your usage or interactions
• Collect analytics or metrics
• Display advertisements
• Share any data with third parties (we have no data to share)
• Build user profiles
• Perform behavioral tracking
• Monitor which simulations you use

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our app is designed to be completely safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws worldwide.

• No Data to Delete - We have no personal data about you to delete
• Complete Control - Simply delete the app to remove any local preferences
• No Account to Close - No sign-up means nothing to unsubscribe from
• No Tracking to Opt Out Of - We don't track you in the first place

Since no data is collected or transmitted from the app, there are no international data transfers. All app functionality remains on your device, regardless of your location.
